Et netmateriale dannet ved at præge en række cirkulære huller på en metalplade
Circular hole perforated mesh is a mesh material made from metal sheet as the base material, formed by mechanical stamping to create a regular array of circular holes. It is the most commonly used hole type among perforated meshes, with a hole diameter range of 0.2-300mm. Materials include various metals and alloys such as galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Iron materials include cold-rolled iron, hot-rolled iron, galvanized iron, and manganese steel; aluminum materials include 1-series, 3-series, and 5-series; and stainless steel materials include 201, 304, and 316. It possesses properties such as bending resistance, aging resistance, rust prevention, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance. The surface can be treated with processes such as painting and polishing, resulting in a flat mesh surface and a stable structure. The product employs various hole designs, including 60℃ staggered arrangement, 45℃ staggered arrangement, and straight arrangement, offering a rich variety of hole types.
